While firmly rooted in the roots reggae tradition, Midnite Branch I's work on Geoman cannot be easily categorized, as it draws on creative musical inspiration and sonic elements from a wide range of genres. The sound is grounded with the rock-solid drum and bass grooves that Midnite is known for. Added to this are the highly creative use of a range of instruments including guitars, organs, pianos, horns, harps and hand drums. No comparisons can be made, one simply has to experience it.
